Abstract |
|
|
| This study investigates the presence of conditions necessary for the application of the concept of blended educational supervision taking into account the views of educational supervisors. It meets the demand for supervision methods which allow enterprises to use the opportunities of digital transformation efficiently as well as to enhance the professional development of teachers. The study employs a descriptive-analytical method of research and uses a standard questionnaire for collecting data from a randomly selected sample of respondents. The questionnaire measures the following types of conditions: human resources, technological resources, and organizational resources. The data has been processed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The analysis of data reveals that overall conditions are moderately present which means that blended educational supervision will only be partially implemented in the education system. The analysis indicates that the necessity of material and technological resources is much higher than that of human conditions. Most of the data had no statistically significant differences based on gender, experience, or education level, however, human conditions differ significantly in favor of the female respondents and those with PhD degree holders. In conclusion, it can be said that the effective implementation of blended educational supervision lies in enhancing the digital capacity, facilitating continuous professional growth, and providing institutional support. The study proposes to enlarge training options for supervisors, enhance their access to technological resources, and improve the organizational environment for blended supervision.
