Abstract |
|
In this paper, we examine the impact of entrepreneurship on the identity of Saudi women. Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role alongside the government in providing Saudi girls’ schools with skilled labor and high-quality services. Aligned with Vision 2030, we employ quantitative analytical research to explore how this relationship influences the school environment. We assert that fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere in girls’ schools enhances the performance and productivity of both Saudi students and teachers. Additionally, this research contributes to understanding Saudi womens identity by evaluating how a healthy school environment shapes their personalities and showcases their unique identities. |
