A Sociological Study For The fact of Womens Creativity in Arab Society: Saudi Women as a Model

Abstract
This study aims to identify the fact of Arab women creativity in Saudi society from the point of academies in Saudi universities located in the city of Riyadh, by examining the incentives and obstacles to their creativity. To achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect data from its community, which was represented by all academies in Saudi public and private universities in the city of Riyadh on the academic year 1439/1440 AH. As for the study sample, it consisted of (351) individuals. The study yielded a set of results, the most prominent of which are: that the political and systemic drive are at the forefront of incentives for womens creativity in Saudi society, foremost of which is the adoption of the Kingdoms 2030 vision on women equally with men in achieving leadership based on innovation and creativity. Followed by the communication and technical drive, foremost among them is The Internet providing an uninterrupted stream of information that helps Saudi women obtain information in the fields of their creative interests, and providing digital media and communication with large areas of freedom through which Saudi women can express their ideas and creativity? As for the social drive, it came in the third place, leading among them: the support of leading opinion thinkers for creative Saudi women. The fourth and last rank are the economic and financial drives, foremost of which is: State support for Saudi womens projects in the field of entrepreneurship. Concerning the obstacles to the creativity of Saudi women, economic and financial obstacles came atop, in the forefront: weak tendency towards creative industries and taking advantage of the creative capabilities of Saudi women in them, and the lack of sufficient capital to finance the business and creative projects of Saudi women. Followed by social and cultural obstacles, especially the customs and traditions, and the very conservative socialization that makes them ashamed to display and discuss their ideas whatever they are. Then the obstacles related to the personality of the Saudi woman, in the forefront of which are: her dependence on men, and her weak knowledge and skills related to management and marketing of creative works. Then creativity obstacles related to the Saudi work environment, the foremost of which is: The lack of interest in training Saudi women for creativity, and the male organizational culture prevailing in Saudi business organizations, in addition to the prejudices that women creative ideas are not valid. The fifth and final rank came the regulatory obstacles, the foremost of which is: bureaucracy and the complexity of procedures and requirements faced by Saudi women to start their creative project, and restricting some professions and activities systematically to men without women. In addition to the fact that the intellectual property protection system does not include many areas in which women can be creative. As for the methods that can be used to overcome the Saudi women creativity obstacles the first and the most important one is to activate universities role in improving creativity skills for women and conducting special training programs to provide them with :knowledge, skills, creativity abilities ,conducting and managing creativity projects , widen aspects of Arab women entrepreneurship ,conducting consultancy and financial supportive funds , activating mass Media role in in spreading awareness in creativity women role to achieve the Kingdome vision 2030, in addition to assigning valuable financial awards for creative Saudi women in different aspect or sectors and finally encouraging Saudi Banks to provide soft loans for conducting women creative projects.
