Abstract
This study seeks to analyze the impact of electronic human resources management on organizational effectiveness through the mediating role of employee engagement. The study population consisted employees working at commercial banks in Jordan. To collect required primary data a random sample was adopted composing of 612 employees. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted for analysis the collected data and testing hypotheses. The results of the study showed that electronic human resource management has positive impact on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, as well as employee engagement has also positive impact on organizational effectiveness. Further, it was resulted that employee engagement was a mediating variable between human resource management and organizational effectiveness. Based on the study results, the researcher recommends managers and decision makers of commercial banks to adopt human resource management that supported with electronic technologies because of its role in enhancing the behavioral and emotional aspects of employees and improving organizational effectiveness.
