Abstract
In this present study a ratio type exponential estimator has been developed for estimating the populations mean using auxiliary information as Kurtosis, Skewness, Correlation, Trimmed Mean, Median, Mid-Range, Hodges-Lehman estimator etc. We obtain bias and mean square error of the proposed estimator up to first order of approximation and show that proposed estimator is efficient than existing estimators. In addition, we support theoretical results with the relieve of numerical examples
