|
| Interface problems have involved a lot of concentration from both theoretical and numerical analysts over the years. This review article summarizes the recent work and ideas for elliptic interface problems for the last ten years. Many numerical and analytical methods have been developed with some modifications in the standard methods to deal with the discontinuities and singularities along the interface with their computer simulations. In this survey article, we have presented the crux of the published articles on elliptic interface problems in one, two and three-dimensional space.
