| In this article a theory of fractional powers of a singular hyperbolic operator on arbitrary spaces is discussed. Fourier–
Hankel transform, semigroup property, boundedness in proper functional spaces and other properties of the mixed Riesz fractional
integral generated by Bessel operator are obtained. |
