Abstract
In this paper, we analytically solved the Bloch equations of InxGa1−xAs excitonic two level QD semiconductor system. In addition, we calculated the atomic occupation probabilities r11, r22, the atomic inversion and the purity for some special values of the total dephasing rate g2 and the Rabi frequency W0 R. Hence, we studied the effects of the total dephasing rate g2 and the Rabi frequency W0 R on the atomic occupation probabilities r11, r22, the atomic inversion, and the purity.
