Aim and scope Journal of Knowledge Management Application and Practice is a tri- annual journal devoted to publishing original and rigorous manuscripts including empirical research papers, theoretical papers, conceptual papers, case studies and surveys in Knowledge Management. The journal targets researchers, practitioners, philosophers and policy makers. By challenging existing current assumptions and status quo, the journal seeks to stimulate, promote and shape the future of KM. The focus of the journal is on innovative advances in KM theory, practice and strategies and their application in organizations. As such the journal covers a wide span of issues and concepts ranging from purely theoretical to practical and policy related issues. In addition the journal promotes research in Knowledge Management at the individual, group and organization levels.
