Abstract
This study aims to introduce a new structure named binary multiset (BMS), which is a combination of the binary set and multiset structures. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new topology between two multisets called a binary multiset topology and investigate its fundamental properties, where a binary multiset topology is a binary structure satisfying certain conditions that are analogous to the axioms of topology. Based on this foundation, we develop essential topological notions such as closed BMS, BMS closure, BMS interior, BMS neighborhoods, and BMS derived set, all within the binary multiset topological space framework. Furthermore, our exploration of the BMS topological space unveils a series of characterization theorems and assertions that will further enrich our understanding of this intriguing mathematical construct. This work will pave the way for delving into the study of binary multiset topology, shedding light on more of its fundamental properties and potential applications.
