| Technology has developed in our present and Artificial Intelligence applications and its techniques have appeared and began to use and benefit from them in various domains, including Archaeology, Manuscripts and Heritage, that are undergoing new and important opportunities to use and benefit from these technologies in discovering, protecting, preserving, digitizing and highlighting its importance and value. Yemeni Manuscripts is one of the most important resources and cognitive, cultural and civilizational treasures that have contributed throughout the different Islamic periods to spreading science and developing society and culture in Yemen and in Islamic world. In this study the researcher deals with the importance of using artificial intelligence applications and techniques in enlightening the manuscripts and important scientific and knowledge of the celebrities of Yemeni scholars in the seventh century AH/thirteen century AD, these manuscripts preserved in a number of official and private Yemeni libraries, thousands of other manuscripts smuggled from Yemen to many countries. This study sheds light on the importance of using artificial intelligence applications and techniques, benefiting from them in discovering, preserving, documenting, protecting Yemeni manuscripts, fixing what is damaged, highlighting their value and importance, detecting them and converting them into digital texts that are easy to reach, analyze, understand, clarify their content, achieve, spread and translate into different languages. The researcher concluded this study by presenting a number of results and recommendations. |
