The is study aimed at the Omani socieon the impact of COVID-19 pandemic and its repercussions on the psychological, religious, and preparatory aspects. Quantitative data were analyzed statistically through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), while qualitative data were analyzed qualitatively and objectively (Thematic Analysis). The study showed a set of results, including the vast majority of respondents, with a percentage of 91%, confirming that the Omani government is dealing with the pandemic well. The results also showed the division of the study sample with regard to skeptical convictions about the COVID-19 virus, such as that it is a biological war between some major countries and that pharmaceutical companies are seeking to increase their profits in light of the Corona crisis. The majority of respondents (80.5%) believe that the pandemic will significantly and negatively affect the Omani economy, and the study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to reduce and reduce excess labor (27.3). |
