Abstract
First: - We estimated mathematical model for hermitized model in steady-state for the dispersion of air pollutants in low winds in three dimensions. The eddy diffusivities have been parameterized in terms of downwind distance for near source dispersion [1]. The solution has been used to simulate the field tracer data collected at IIT Delhi in low wind convective conditions. Second: The analytical solution of advection-diffusion equation in unstable condition has been obtained taking power-law profiles for the mean wind speed and vertical eddy diffusivity coefficient. The comparison between the proposed model and data collected from nine experiments conducted at Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority has been done. The proposed model performs well with observed concentrations.
