| In this work we consider the Hamiltonian dynamics of a generalized Lagrange–Poisson problem whose fixed point performs
high-frequency vertical periodic oscillations of small amplitude. Using the generalized Kapitza averaging method we obtain a sufficient
condition for stabilizing the unstable upright position. |
