Abstract
Inspiring values are extrinsic driving power to everyone by learning and following the path of others who achieved before. It is mostly thankful to the (IIIE) for The paper focuses on how the International Institute of Inspirational Economy (IIIE) and its project initiative (called IIEP) inspire people to join the effort, and later, their achievement and inspire others to see their non-financial resources value all over the world, taking a case example from Rwanda. As one of the interns of IIIE cohort 2022 and a member of coops in visualizing Nyagatare districts, the author shows the learning process that encouraged him to do a field study in Nyaruguru districts (Nkomero Village) and how certain community problems, like unemployment, youth migration, poverty and malnutrition can be handled by bottom-up projects led by youth, giving an example on a small poultry project. The reviews how the rearing of eggs-laying chickens (poultry) project can be one of the ways to achieve socioeconomic development in the community.
