Abstract
Here in, we have successfully deposited the thin film of Fluorescein sodium salt (FSS) over the fluorine tin oxide (FTO) glass substrate as a new optical system through spin coating technique. The structural analysis of designed optical system has been investigated through X-ray diffraction technique. The surface morphological analysis was performed via atomic force microscope. The complete optical analysis like transmittance, absorbance, refractive index, excitation coefficient, real and imaginary dialectic constant, dielectric loss and optical band gap have been studied in depth. Moreover, first and third order nonlinear optical susceptibility have been studied by applying the new spectroscopic approach rather than the conventional Z-scan technique. This study could be useful to understand the optical, structural behavior of the FSS over the FTO substrate furthermore it will help to design and understand the organic base optical devices for advance applications.
